THE STORY BEHIND OUR CHOICE

Well, to start I am extremely obsessed with anything trompe l'oeil so it's not a surprise that this caught my immediate attention.  I can't remember where I first discovered mine decades ago, but I vividly remember where I found the second one (the only reason I am selling!).

There used to be a vintage clothing auction I went to a lot in Pennsylvania called Andi Charkow which has been closed since 2021. At one of the auctions, this happened to be there and the fact that I already owned one in no way stopped me from bidding on another. The thought was that I would have another at the ready in case my first one broke. That is how much I love this thing. Fast forward 5 years and I still haven't broke mine so I think it's safe to let this one go.
