Shipping Policy

All orders shipped within New York state will be subject to 8.875% NY sales tax.

We ship worldwide and all orders are shipped within 3 days of purchase. Expedited shipping and insurance are available upon request at the buyers expense and if either is desired, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can make the proper price adjustments before you checkout. 

Please note we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

DOMESTIC

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS for a flat $15 fee which includes delivery confirmation and tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail for a flat $30 fee. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery depending on where you are located but most packages arrive within 2 weeks. Please note we are not responsible for customs delays and we have no way to track packages once they leave the United States. 

Buyers are responsible for paying all of their country's taxes, import fees, customs charges upon receipt of the package. Please familiarize yourself with these fees before placing your order. Please do not ask us to falsify customs declarations forms to avoid these fees -- this is against the law and we will not oblige.

Once an international order is shipped it is the buyer's responsibility to follow through, pay all fees required by their country and accept the shipment. It is unacceptable  change your mind at this point and not pick up the package to avoid paying the fees. If this situation arises, the package will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded.
