ORDERING & SHIPPING

ORDERING

All orders are processed through Squarespace’s secure server. Payments can be made via PayPal, Credit Card or Apple Pay. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If an order is placed in error, please contact us immediately. If it hasn’t shipped, you can exchange for another in-stock item of the same or higher value. If there is nothing else in the shop you want at that time, a shop credit will be issued which is good for one year.

All orders shipped within New York state will be subject to 8.875% NY sales tax.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide and all orders are processed and shipped within a week via USPS. We ship once a week on Friday. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Expedited shipping and insurance (recommended for high ticket items) are available upon request at the buyers expense. If either are desired, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can adjust the shipping charge and/or add insurance.

DOMESTIC

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a flat $10 fee which includes delivery confirmation and tracking. Depending on weight, certain items may incur an additional shipping fee. If this is the case, it will be noted on the listing. Once an item ships you will be emailed tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL

Orders are shipped First Class International (least expensive) for $26. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery depending on where you are located. Most packages arrive within 2 weeks but we are not responsible for customs delays and we have no way to track packages once they leave the United States. If you prefer priority shipping (which comes with tracking), or want to upgrade to an even quicker delivery service, contact us prior to purchasing so we can adjust the shipping charge. Orders over 4 lbs and/or $400 must ship Priority. Purchases affected by these conditions will be subject to an additional shipping charge as our system is only equipped to charge for First Class International. Any questions, please contact us.

Buyers are responsible for their own country's taxes, customs, duties and/or vat fees. Please familiarize yourself with this before placing an order. Please do not ask us to falsify customs declarations forms to avoid these fees. This is against the law and we will not oblige.

Once an international order is shipped it is the buyer's responsibility to follow through and accept the shipment. It is unacceptable to not accept the package due to taxes owed, custom charges, duties and/or vat fees. Items not picked up or that are refused and ultimately lead to the package being returned to seller will incur a 75% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
